The Recruiting Accelerator Cohort is a structured, high-accountability group program designed to help swimmers take real action in the college recruiting process.
Over 8 weeks, athletes will build a clear recruiting strategy, create a realistic school list, learn how to communicate confidently with college coaches, and leave with a personalized 90-day action plan.
This is not a webinar series.
It’s hands-on, interactive, and built for swimmers who are ready to move forward.
Each cohort is limited to 8–10 athletes to ensure meaningful feedback, live mock interviews, and individualized guidance.
Includes:
8 weekly live group coaching sessions (60–75 minutes each)
Email outreach strategy + template review
Live mock coach interview with feedback
Recruiting timeline + visit preparation guidance
Final 90-day action roadmap
